EMPLOYERS' TOOLKIT

Since 2013, the ASEAN Confederation of Employers (ACE) has been actively engaging in labour migration and collaborating with the ILO in various programmes and activities. It includes organising technical workshop, drafting position papers, developing resources and information materials promoting fair and responsible recruitment and employment practices among employers in the South East Asia countries. In addition, the ASEAN Employers Platform was launched in the year 2020 to make the resources available for employer organisations (EOs) to support their member in promoting safe and fair migration and providing an online forum and communication platform for EOs to share and exchange good practices.
